Calibration Viewer

Calibration Viewer, formerly called Drivven CalVIEW and National Instruments Automotive Software Calibration Manager for LabVIEW (NI SCM), is a utility to tune parameters on a LabVIEW real-time target. It is designed to quickly create multi-pane user interfaces that have a different structure than the LabVIEW code running on the RT target. Some of the key features of Vieletech Calibration Viewer are: • Manage RT controllers with 1000s of variables running in 5ms loop • Communication degrades before real-time performance is effected • Only visible indicators are requested and modified controls are sent reducing network and RT processor load • Able to save calibrations while application is running (i.e. PID tuning parameters) • Calibration comparison between previous calibrations • Backwards compatibility --> Vieletech Calibration Viewer console will connect to old CalVIEW and NI SCM targets --> Vieletech Calibration Viewer can upgrade old CalPoints to current version • Supports multiple protocols with support for user plug-in protocols. • Calibration Viewer host PCs can be disconnected from the RT target and reconnected without stopping the target. • Different host PC can be connected at different times without restarting the RT target Vieletech Calibration Viewer comes in two versions, development and deployment. The deployment version is free and is used to view and modify a real-time target and does not require a LabVIEW license. The development version is only required when you need to add, remove, or modify CalPoints in the real-time code and requires LabVIEW and LabVIEW RT licenses.
